JOB OVERVIEW

MARKET RESEARCHER

As a Market Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in conducting comprehensive research to drive the demand for our products. Your responsibilities encompass a wide array of tasks, including analyzing market prices and competitor pricing on Google and Amazon, delving into customer reviews of both competitors and our own products to identify areas for research and development (R&D), recognizing product features and benefits, conducting industry research, identifying influential figures within specific industries, and occasionally assisting in supplier and dealer store identification.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pricing Analysis: Investigate market prices and competitor pricing on both Google and Amazon to inform our pricing strategies and market positioning.

Customer Review Analysis: Thoroughly examine customer reviews of competitor products to uncover R&D opportunities and gather insights into customer preferences and pain points.

Product Improvement: Analyze customer reviews of our own products to identify areas for improvement, enhancing our product offerings.

Feature Identification: Recognize and document key product features and benefits that resonate with customers, aiding in product development and marketing.

Industry Research: Conduct in-depth research within our industry to stay informed about trends, emerging markets, and potential opportunities.

Influencer Identification: Identify and engage with influencers and thought leaders within specific industries to amplify our brand's presence.

Supplier and Dealer Search: Occasionally assist in locating reliable suppliers and dealer stores to support our business operations.


REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Research Expertise: Proficiency in market research methodologies and tools to gather and analyze data effectively.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to extract meaningful insights from pricing data, customer reviews, and industry trends.

• Product Knowledge: A deep understanding of our products and industry is crucial for recognizing opportunities and making informed decisions.

• Communication: Effective communication skills to convey research findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Networking: The ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers, suppliers, and dealer stores is advantageous.
