ROLE
We’re seeking a proactive and customer-focused Microsoft 365 Engineer who can handle Level 1 & 2 support tickets while also bringing expertise in Power Automate and Power BI. You’ll play a key role in supporting users, resolving M365 issues, and building automation solutions to improve efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES
? Provide Level 1 & 2 support for Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune).
? Troubleshoot and resolve email, authentication, access, and collaboration issues.
? Develop and manage Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes.
? Create and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize IT and business data.
? Support user onboarding, licensing, and M365 administration.
? Collaborate with clients to understand automation and reporting needs.

WHAT WE WANT
???? 2-3 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or M365 administration.
???? Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365: Exchange, SharePoint, Teams
???? Hands-on experience with Power Automate – building workflows and automating tasks.
???? Proficiency in Power BI – creating reports, dashboards, and integrating data sources.
???? Software development degree and experience
???? Basic understanding of security & compliance in M365 environments.
???? Bonus skills (not required but nice to have): Azure AD, scripting (PowerShell), SQL, AI tools like Microsoft Copilot.
???? Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.

COMPENSATION
???? Salary Range: $70K to $100K, plus Performance Bonus (up to 20%)
???? Senior candidates (higher end of salary range) are expected to have advanced expertise in: M365 automation, AI-driven solutions (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT integrations)
