Luxury Real Estate Video Editor

I'm looking for a highly skilled real estate video editor to assist with ongoing luxury real estate, architectural, and branding content projects.

This is a per-project position with the opportunity for long-term work as volume increases.

Projects include:

• Luxury property walkthrough videos
• Cinematic listing films
• Realtor branding content
• Architectural storytelling videos
• Short-form vertical reels for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Drone and gimbal footage editing

Requirements:

• Experience editing real estate videos (REQUIRED)
• Strong understanding of cinematic pacing and storytelling
• Ability to work with drone, gimbal, and talking-head footage
• Experience editing luxury properties and architectural content preferred
• Strong music selection skills
• Clean color correction and sound mixing
• Fast turnaround times
• Fluent English communication
