We are looking for enthusiastic, highly organized, and tech-savvy General Virtual Assistants!

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone,
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, file management, and scheduling appointments
- Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues

- Monitor and assist with GHL automation
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service/virtual assistant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledgeable with Go High Level
- High attention to detail
- Availability for full-time work
- Can work during North American timezone
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Be tech-savvy and have the ability to learn and use new tools and systems
- Knowledge or past use of CRMs is a plus
- Experience in the Home Service Industry is a plus
