I’m looking for one dedicated video editor for a long-term collaboration on a YouTube channel.

What You’ll Be Editing:

Videos on this channel are usually 20–30 minutes long
Around 3 videos per week (this can increase if you want)
Voice-overs will be provided
The format is easy to follow for this channel

Style & Expectations:

The content is informational driven
The most important part of this role is:
Carefully listening to the voice-over
Finding appropriate footage
Placing the right footage at the right

Important Notes (Please Read Carefully):

You must be communicative and respond quickly
You must be fluent in English
You must be comfortable joining calls when needed
You must be reliable and straightforward

Availability:

Intended to be a full-time collaboration
Long-term mindset is essential
If we work well together, I have multiple channels we can work on and build a long-term relationship

Payment:
Pay: $3 per finished minute

Average upload duration: 20–30 minutes
Uploads: 3 videos per week
13 videos per month

Estimated total per month: $800–$1,092 (depending on how many videos you do)

Preferably looking for someone more mature/experienced.
