Long-Term Virtual Assistant – Daily Reels, Engagement & ManyChat

I run a fast-growing personal brand focused on small daily habits that improve health, wealth, and happiness. I am looking for ONE reliable virtual assistant to help execute a daily content and automation system. This is a long-term role for someone who enjoys following clear systems and improving them over time. This is not a creative role. You will be constructing content and systems from clear instructions.

Daily Responsibilities (2 Hours Per Day):

1) Reel Editing (Construction, Not Creation)

I provide all b-roll footage, captions, keywords, and instructions. You assemble and edit 1 daily reel ready for posting. Clean cuts, captions, correct export and file organisation

2) Community Engagement (1 Hour Per Day)

Comment on relevant posts from other accounts. Engage thoughtfully and authentically. Follow clear tone and engagement guidelines. No spam or copy-paste replies

3) ManyChat Automation:

Set up 1 simple automation per day (5 minute job).




Requirements:

Strong written English. Experience editing short-form video. Basic experience with ManyChat. Reliable internet connection. Available 7 days per week (2 hours per day). Looking for long-term work. Keyword or comment-trigger based. Templates and instructions provided.
