SCOPE OF WORK
The selected video editor will be responsible for:
*Creative Content Development: Producing engaging short, medium, and long-form videos across diverse industries (restaurants, law firms, and more)
*Multi-Platform Optimization: Creating content optimized for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
*Brand Storytelling: Showcasing the unique brand experience through compelling visual narratives
*Raw Footage Processing: Editing raw footage provided by our professional media shoots
*Professional Editing: Transforming raw footage into polished, captivating final products
*Visual Effects Enhancement: Applying appropriate effects, transitions, text overlays, and graphics aligned with our brand identity (using our stock photo/video sites)
*Sound Design: Selecting and implementing music and sound effects that complement visuals
*Quick Turnaround: Maintaining tight turnaround times while upholding quality standards and fulfilling our production schedules to support our content calendar
*Color Correction of Video: Enhancing video aesthetics through professional color correction (nice-to-have skill)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
*Minimum 3 years of experience in video editing, with demonstrable expertise in short-form content
*Proficiency in professional video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
*Proficiency with AI video editing tools (kapwing, capcut, descript, etc.)
*Strong portfolio showing expertise
*Experience creating engaging, fast-paced social media content, particularly for Shorts and Reels
*Understanding of current social media trends, cultural trends, humor and best practices
*Excellent communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback
*Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
*Reliable, high-speed internet connection and professional-grade equipment

POSITION DETAILS
