Long Term Creative Writer | Researcher

We partner with medical practices and doctors to build dominant digital presences through strategic content and paid advertising. We capture high-quality video content in quarterly shoots and transform that raw footage into organic posts and high-converting video ads that position our clients as the leading authorities in their medical markets. We’re now expanding our team to meet growing demand. I’m looking for Long Term Creative Writer | Researcher.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in short-for ---------- ta ads content or script writing for medical field
* Basic understanding of viral hooks and audience psychology
* Experience building or using custom AI prompt systems / skills and comfortable using AI as part of the writing workflow
* Strong research skills and ability to quickly learn new industries and brand voices
* Knowledge of UGC style ads and emotional persuasion angles and advanced knowledge of hooks
* Ability to follow structure and improve existing content
* Experience working in a social media or content agency is a significant plus
* Fluent in English with strong grammar and copywriting skills
* Consistency and reliability (very important)


Role & Responsibilities:
* Comfortable communicating and collaborating through Asana and Slack
* Attention to detail (include your zodiac sign in the subject line!)
* Highly organized, able to deliver scripts quickly and handle multiple variations of high-performing ad creatives, briefs, and scripts on schedule
* Flexible and adaptable across different brands and creative styles
* Has experience briefing out graphics
* Responsive and communicative on Slack during working hours


Rate and Work Schedule:
* $6-$8/hr depending on experience
* 2 hours per day preferably starts at 9 AM EST
* Please note that hours may increase over time as the role expands and responsibilities grow
