Our PH team is the backbone of what we do. Most of our members in the Philippines have been with us for a long time because we offer a stable, respectful, and long-term home. We aren't looking for a freelancer; we are looking for a high-performing Video Editor to join our family and grow with us as we expand from 8 to 14 people this year.

The Role
We need a video editor who is a wizard at cutting the fluff, pacing a lesson, and keeping a viewer's attention. For our team, editing means d ---------- what the story is — not just deleting clips. You will be taking raw coaching sessions and turning them into polished, professional long-form courses.

This is a fast-paced, high-pressure job. You will handle a high volume of footage every week with tight deadlines. We need an editor who can watch a video, understand what to trim, and fix sloppy cuts without being told every single step.

Responsibilities
High-Volume Editing: Take raw footage and edit it into tight, polished lessons for our online courses.

Editorial Judgment: You must know what to trim and what to keep to make the lesson stronger. You are responsible for cutting filler words, dead air, and repetition.

Clean Graphics: Add captions, on-screen text, and transitions that look professional and stay on-brand.

Thinking Through Requests: Sometimes a request won't be fully written out. You need to use your brain, use context, and figure out the best edit instead of waiting for instructions.

File Management: Keep all project files and folders perfectly organized so the team can find what they need quickly.

Event Support: About 10% of your time will be helping with short-form clips or video assets for our large company events.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2+ years editing long-form or educational video. You must have a portfolio that shows you know how to pace a story.

Tools: Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro.

Attention to Detail: You catch long pauses and sloppy cuts and fix them yourself without being asked.

Communication: Strong English and very active on Slack. You must be clear with updates and feedback.

Mindset: You are reliable and looking for a long-term role, not just a side project.

Schedule & Expectations
Hours: This is a fixed schedule working 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).

Pace: This is a high-volume role with frequent tight deadlines.

Flexibility: Some long days may be required when we are pushing to launch a new major course.
