***Position Overview***
We are seeking a Logistics Support Representative to join our operations team. This person will assist in the daily execution of freight operations, including booking loads, tracking and tracing shipments, and sourcing qualified carriers. The ideal candidate has experience working in a 3PL environment and understands the importance of communication, attention to detail, and customer service in freight coordination.

***Key Responsibilities***
Book and manage shipments through our Transportation Management System (TMS).
Source, vet, and negotiate with carriers using load boards and industry platforms (e.g., DAT, Truckstop, etc.).
Track and trace shipments from pick-up to delivery, ensuring on-time performance.
Communicate effectively with carriers, drivers, and customers regarding shipment status and updates.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, rate confirmations, and load details within the TMS.
Assist with issue resolution related to delays, damages, or accessorials.
Provide operational support to the logistics and carrier sales teams.
Support with Lead generation and new customer searches.

***Qualifications***
Required: Experience using a Transportation Management System (TMS).
Required: Proficiency with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.).
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a 3PL or freight brokerage environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace tools.
