Logistics Billing Specialist

Some of the responsibilities:
- Managing a billing email inbox to process carrier paperwork for billing
- Understanding and learning how to process various types of loads for billing
- Paying close attention to detail to make sure all documents required to pay carriers are included in their emails for payment
- Responding and giving updates to factoring companies and carriers on payment status in our system
- Answering phone calls to discuss customer problems and answer questions in regards to payments

- Ability to follow instructions: I pride myself on being highly organized and specific. Rest assured, I would never ask you to do anything I haven't done myself. - Organization and resourcefulness: This is crucial. For instance, we don’t want to pay a carrier that did not submit all their correct paperwork because then we cannot invoice our customer to get paid

- Strong English communication skills: Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.

- Hours: 9 AM to 5:30 PM (Eastern Standard Time) 30min break.
