As we boost our online presence and aim to climb the search engine ranks, we're looking for a talented SEO Expert and Web Developer to join our team part-time. This role comes with plenty of room for growth and learning as we are expanding to 432 locations in the United States, we currently have 8!

Position Overview:

We're on the hunt for an SEO Expert and Web Developer to handle both on-site and off-site SEO for our website, Upgrade to see actual info. You'll also be in charge of web development tasks, especially on WordPress, making sure our site looks great and performs even better. Your main goals? Drive more organic traffic, improve our search engine rankings, and make sure we shine online for our residential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Audits: Check out Upgrade to see actual info for SEO improvements and come up with custom strategies to boost our performance.
Keyword Research: Dig into keyword research to find the best terms for the cleaning services industry and weave them into our content.
On-Page SEO: Tweak meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal links to make our site super search-engine-friendly.
Content Collaboration: Work with our content team to create engaging, SEO-friendly stuff that hits the mark with our audience and includes the right keywords.
Technical SEO: Implement tech tweaks to boost site speed, mobile responsiveness, and use schema markup.
Local SEO: Zero in on local SEO tactics to get us noticed in local searches, and optimize our Google My Business listings and other directories.
Yext Optimization: Use Yext to keep our directory listings accurate and consistent everywhere they appear.
Off-Site SEO: Plan and execute strategies to build high-quality backlinks using both traditional and creative methods.
Performance Monitoring: Keep an eye on how our site is doing using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and report on key SEO metrics.
Trend Awareness: Stay on top of the latest SEO trends, search engine updates, and digital marketing best practices to keep us ahead of the game.
Website Management: Maintain and update our website to ensure it's secure, current, and optimized.
Page Development: Create new location pages as we grow, making sure they fit our brand and SEO goals.
Content Optimization: Enhance existing web pages and blog posts for better rankings and user experience.
Blog Management: Keep our blog fresh, relevant, and SEO-optimized.
Collaborative Projects: Work with our marketing and design teams to add new features and improve user experience.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in organic and local SEO with a record of boosting search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.
Strong grasp of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and on-page/off-page SEO.
Familiar with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
Experienced in local SEO tactics and tools, including Google My Business and Yext.
Sharp analytical skills and attention to detail, able to turn data into actionable insights.
Great communicator and team player, comfortable working with content creators, web developers, and other stakeholders.
Proactive and eager to stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improve SEO techniques.
Experience with WordPress and other content management systems is a must.
SEO or digital marketing certifications are a plus.
