I am the owner of Coffee Stout Media, LLC. My company currently builds wordpress websites, runs google ads, and Local SEO for chiropractors in the US.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant with a strong background in Local SEO to support our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will assist with optimizing client websites, tracking performance, performing keyword research, and supporting content and link-building strategies. This is a remote position that requires exceptional organization, communication skills, and the ability to follow SEO processes and workflows.
Current position is part-time but as I gain more clients I will need more help.
Key Responsibilities:
???? Website Quality Audits (WQA):
Clean up errant or outdated pages and perform light technical SEO fixes
Move and update keyword-related tasks into the KW Research file
Build and update WQA decks, and deliver findings to clients with clear reporting
???? Keyword Research & On-Page SEO:
Conduct keyword research for existing content assets
Migrate keywords and URLs into a centralized content workbook
Develop page-level recommendations based on keyword intent and content opportunities
Perform on-page improvements and optimize content based on SEO best practices
???? Content Audits & Tracking:
Review URLs tagged for content audits, provide update actions for each
Migrate “Update” tagged URLs into the content workbook with detailed recommendations
Track content performance and updates monthly
???? Content Strategy & Topic Ideation:
Perform keyword gap analysis to identify opportunities for new content
Create keyword gap analysis decks and send findings to the client
Generate 10+ content ideas per month based on keyword gaps
Develop page-level content recommendations for each proposed topic
???? Link Building Support:
Add target URLs to the link-building pipeline and coordinate with link builders
Track target pages for link acquisition and reporting
Review current backlink profile and assist in crafting strategic link-building plans
Manage outreach via a link-building relationship database and
???? Reporting & Communication:
Build monthly client reports in Google Data Studio based on agreed KPIs
Communicate updates, findings, and deliverables in a clear and timely manner
Maintain organized records of SEO tasks, progress, and client communications
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in SEO, preferably Local SEO or digital marketing
Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Data Studio
Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Strong written communication and project management skills
Detail-oriented and comfortable following repeatable workflows
Bonus: Experience with link outreach, managing content calendars, or working with agencies
Knowledge of WordPress or basic HTML
Google My Business Profile optimization
ChatGPT and AI experience
Understanding of local search ranking factors
