Loan Processor (AU Experience Required)

We are looking for an experienced *Loan Processor* with a background in the Australian mortgage and banking industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing loan applications efficiently while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process, action, and fulfil all loan applications promptly and accurately.
- Reach out to customers for additional information when required.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as briefing lawyers, liaising with borrowers and funders.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining organised files and documents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Requirements:
- Must have experience in the mortgage/banking industry (AU experience only).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
- **Must have experience with Flex and Broker Engine.**
- Experience with Outlook.
