Real Estate Loan Processor VA | Remote | US Pacific Time (9AM-5:30PM PST Time)

AlphaX is a Bay Area real estate investment company focusing on Fix-and-Flip, Ground-up Construction, and Investment Acquisitions.

We are hiring a VA to support our loan process from the borrower's side — coordinating with lenders, escrow, and title companies, organizing borrower documents, tracking loan timelines, and liaising with internal teams to gather project information.

Requirements:
-Solid knowledge of US real estate loan fundamentals (appraisal, title, payoff, DTI, draw schedule, etc.)
-Experience coordinating with US lenders, escrow, or title companies
-Familiarity with hard money and private lending
-Strong English communication and ability to work independently
-Available US Pacific Time hours

This is not a task-execution role. We need someone who can think independently, anticipate issues, and take ownership of the process.
