We are seeking an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Listing Transaction Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience working in U.S. real estate to manage the transaction process for sellers, from the listing agreement to closing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and skilled in problem-solving, ensuring a smooth experience for sellers. You will work closely with the Transaction Manager, Title Company, Lender, and clients to complete each transaction efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage listings in CRM and transaction systems, ensuring accurate updates.
Oversee the listing process from agreement to closing, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
Coordinate scheduling of photos, inspections, showings, and appraisals.
Ensure timely completion and submission of documents like listing agreements and closing paperwork.
Maintain communication with the Transaction Manager, Title Company, Lender, and sellers to keep everyone informed.
Address seller questions and concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
Proactively identify and resolve any issues that arise during the transaction.
Maintain organized systems for all transaction documents and deadlines.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in U.S. real estate transaction coordination or administrative roles.
Proficiency in CRM systems, transaction management software, and office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with real estate contracts and transaction processes is a plus.
