Listing Manager

Owning the listing quality and activation process across all shops — ensuring every product listing is checked, corrected, activated and optimized, while coordinating with the Product Researcher to keep the listing pipeline full and managing the Product Lister to hit daily listing targets per shop.

Scope of work:
- Coordinate with Product Researcher to ensure listing pipeline is full per shop
- Check, correct and activate listings according to shop-specific schema
- Optimize listings after first sale
- Maintain Listing & Optimization Sheet
- Draft products according to schema when needed
- Oversee and review the Product Lister's daily output and report
- Submit daily report to CEO every working day by EOD
- Submit lister performance report every Friday EOD
- Submit weekly department report every Friday EOD

WHAT YOU WILL TRACK:
- Number of products ready to list per shop
- Daily listing targets met per shop (yes / no)
- Number of listings checked / activated
- Number of listings optimized
- Number of listings pending optimization
- Weekly lister performance report
- Weekly department report

KPIs:
- Minimum 70 products ready to list per shop at start of each week
- Minimum 10 products listed per shop daily
- Minimum 10 listings checked / activated per shop daily
- Pending optimization list always up to date
- Daily report submitted every working day EOD
- Lister performance report submitted every Friday EOD
- Department report submitted every Friday EOD

You are a great fit if you:
- Have experience managing product listings on Shopify
- Are highly organized and can handle multiple shops simultaneously
- Communicate clearly in written English
- Take full ownership of your targets and flag issues early
- Are comfortable working with spreadsheets and tracking daily metrics
- Have experience managing or reviewing the work of a direct report
