LinkedIn Outreach Specialist (Part-Time, Remote)

I’m looking for a reliable and detail-oriented LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to support lead generation for my established personal brand. I work with speakers, TEDx presenters, and executives to help theUpgrade to see actual infomorize and deliver speeches with confidence.

Your role is to find qualified speakers who would benefit from coaching in speech memorization and message them using pre-written templates I provide. You’ll maintain outreach data in our CRM (HubSpot) and ensure the right prospects are consistently being invited to book a session with me for support. I’ll take care of all sales calls—your focus is executing the outreach system accurately and consistently.

What You’ll Do

• Search for and connect with high-quality leads (speakers, TEDx presenters, coaches, executives)
• Send personalized outreach messages (templates and strategy provided)
• Track message history, responses, and lead status
• Follow up professionally with leads who haven’t responded
• Work 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday
• Use LinkedIn Premium if required

What Success Looks Like

• Daily outreach is completed reliably and consistently
• Leads are targeted accurately based on criteria
• All communication is clear, respectful, and aligned with brand tone
• CRM is updated in real-time to keep the pipeline organized
• You support a smooth, high-conversion lead generation system

What I’m Looking For

• Excellent written English (must sound professional and natural)
• Experience with LinkedIn lead generation or virtual assistant work
• Highly organized and dependable
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems (or quick to learn)
• Able to follow instructions carefully and execute with consistency
• Bonus: Experience working with coaches, consultants, or speakers

Compensation

• Hourly rate based on experience
• Bonuses for exceeding expectations (details provided during onboarding)
