LinkedIn Outreach Specialist Vacancy Application
Position: LinkedIn Outreach Specialist (Contractor Only)
Location: Global
Working Hours: Client-load dependent, Monday to Friday, overlap with UK Hours (GMT)

LSC Agency is a London-based LinkedIn direct messaging agency with a strong focus on delivering genuine, authentic, and personalised LinkedIn outreach campaigns for businesses with a B2B focus.
We truly believe we’re in the 1% of LinkedIn direct messaging agencies to be able to deliver highly personalised and scalable outreach campaigns without any reliance on automation tools.
As our client base increases, we are now looking for an outreach expert to help deliver these personalised campaigns for our clients.

Responsibilities:
Execute direct messaging strategies on LinkedIn to engage with potential leads and clients.
Utilise LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator proficiently to identify and connect with target audiences
Craft personalised and compelling messages to initiate and nurture relationships.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Handle connectivity issues and potential load shedding efficiently to ensure uninterrupted workflow.

Requirements:
Previous experience using LinkedIn (and ideally LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Ability to work during UK Hours (GMT) and manage time effectively.
Setup to manage connectivity issues or load shedding to ensure consistent workflow.
Exceptional written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Proactive, hard-working, and able to deliver a set of daily tasks within our client’s LinkedIn accounts.
Ambitious and eager to expand responsibilities within the company.
Experience using Slack preferred but not essential.

Skills Required:
Demonstrated success in using LinkedIn for lead generation or sales outreach.
An understanding of using LinkedIn for lead generation or sales outreach.
Familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant marketing tools.
Experience in managing multiple LinkedIn outreach campaigns simultaneously.
The ability to multitask or manage multiple (outreach) campaigns simultaneously
Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and optimise strategies.
