Lightroom Photo Editor

We're looking for a skilled photo editor with Lightroom Classic experience to assist with editing wedding photos. We’ll be working with Lightroom smart previews, so a fast internet connection and experience working remotely with this workflow is essential.

This is a long-term, part-time role with the opportunity to grow. You’ll be editing weddings regularly and must be comfortable working with romantic, natural, and cinematic styles using my provided presets.

Responsibilities:
Import and edit smart preview catalogs in Lightroom Classic

Crop and straighten images

Apply my custom presets and adjust as needed to match style

Perform color correction and exposure adjustments

Light skin retouching (softening, blemish removal - no over-editing)

Export final edited catalogs and previews

Meet deadlines (typically 2 weddings per week)

Requirements:
Proficiency with Lightroom Classic (not cloud version)

Solid understanding of photo composition, exposure, and color grading

Experience editing wedding or portrait photography

Ability to match editing style consistently (I will provide references and preset packs)

Basic skin retouching skills

Detail-oriented and responsive

Stable internet connection for file sharing

Access to a computer that can run Lightroom smoothly

Good English communication skills
