Level 3 Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled L3 Remote Systems Engineer to join our dynamic IT managed services team based in Australia. You must have previous experience building, supporting and maintaining servers with strong experience with Microsoft. This role is integral to delivering high-quality IT solutions, ensuring system reliability, security, and scalability while working closely with clients and junior engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, system administration, security, and automation, in particular with Microsoft. You will be responsible for implementing IT projects, supporting cloud and on-premise infrastructures, providing Tier 2 & 3 support, and proactively optimizing system performance.
