Level 2/3 Systems & Network Administrator (Full-Time, Permanent, Remote)

Tel IT Solutions is looking for a capable Level 2/3 Systems & Network Administrator to join our team in a full-time, permanent, fully remote role. What you’ll be doing
Providing Level 2/3 remote support across Microsoft 365 and network environments
Managing and maintaining Microsoft 365 tenant administration (users, policies, security, licensing, Exchange/SharePoint basics)
Administering Microsoft Intune (device compliance, configuration profiles, app deployment, Autopilot workflows)
Delivering Zero Touch / Windows Autopilot deployments end-to-end (build, test, rollout, documentation)
Supporting and managing Fortinet firewalls (policy changes, VPNs, troubleshooting, firmware upgrades, best practice configuration)
Working with switches, routers, Wi-Fi, and other network devices (configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting)
Documenting fixes, improving SOPs, and helping standardise repeatable processes
What we need from you (must-have)
Proven experience in a Level 2/3 Systems + Network Admin role (MSP experience is a plus)
Strong hands-on capability with:
Microsoft 365 administration
Microsoft Intune
Zero Touch deployment / Windows Autopilot
Fortinet (FortiGate) firewalls
General networking (VLANs, VPNs, routing basics, DHCP/DNS, Wi-Fi)
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setup
Clear communication and good documentation habits
Nice-to-haves
Fortinet certifications (NSE or equivalent)
Microsoft certifications (MD-102, MS-102, etc.)
Experience with RMM/PSA tools and structured ticketing environments
Exposure to security hardening, MFA/Conditional Access, endpoint security baselines
