This is a full-time, contract-based remote role covering the 1 PM - 10 PM CST shift (3 AM - 12 PM PH time). If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving complex technical issues, and want to work with an established technology provider, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:
???? Provide Level 2 support for IT issues, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems
???? Utilize Connectwise Manage for ticketing, documentation, and workflow management
???? Perform backup and disaster recovery operations using Acronis
???? Manage and monitor endpoint security and patch management
???? Work closely with Level 1 Technicians and Network Admins to resolve advanced issues efficiently
???? Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and client interactions
???? Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices
Required Skills & Experience:
? 3+ years of IT support experience, preferably in an IT environment
? Strong experience with Connectwise Manage and Connectwise Automate, or similar systems
? Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security
? Ability to troubleshoot Windows-based environments and common IT issues
? Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly with US-based clients
? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
? Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps preferred)
? Reliable work-from-home setup, including:
A desktop or laptop capable of running multiple applications efficiently
A working webcam for meetings and collaboration
A noise-canceling headset for clear communication with clients and tea
Dual monitors (preferred) to improve efficiency when handling tickets and troubleshooting
Preferred Qualifications:
? Proven ability to meet KPIs independently – self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage tasks without micromanagement
? Experience mentoring or training junior technicians
? Familiarity with other IT Support tools and platforms
? Certifications such as CompTIA or Microsoft are a plus
