Lenders Payment Associate

We are a fast-growing insurance broker across Florida. We are looking for a detail-oriented Lender Payments Associate to assist with lender payments, billing concerns, escrow-related tasks, mortgagee clause updates, and communication with carriers and mortgage lenders. The ideal candidate has insurance industry experience, strong English communication skills, and the ability to manage payment-related tasks accurately in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications:
- Insurance industry experience preferred
- Experience with lender payments, billing, escrow, or mortgagee clauses is an advantage
- Strong English communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based clients and carriers
- Experience using CRM systems; Hawksoft or Smartsheet is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently

We offer paid training at PHP 150/hour for the first 90 days. After the training period, the rate increases to PHP 162/hour plus benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, internet reimbursement, 13th month pay, PTOs, holiday pay, and more.
