We are a newly launched international mobility and immigration-focused practice, still taking our baby steps. Right now, we are a small team led by a founder who is passionate, supportive, kind, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the team long-term and become part of a close-knit, fast-moving work environment.
This role is best suited for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple moving parts at once. The position involves handling immigration and legal support workflows, coordinating documents, communicating with clients, and helping ensure that applications are complete and properly prepared for submission.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who can commit to this role EXCLUSIVELY. Due to the sensitive nature of legal and immigration work, the pace of operations, and the need for responsiveness and consistency, applicants must not be actively working multiple full-time jobs or conflicting roles simultaneously. We are looking for someone who can fully dedicate their professional focus, reliability, and working hours to the team.
