Overview:

Technology Coaching is a digital skills training company based in Scotland. We’re building an online learning platform to deliver CPD-accredited courses using our unique Tekunoji Method — a six-skill learning journey designed to close the digital skills gap for business owners and professionals.

We’re looking for a freelancer with experience in LearnDash and H5P to help bring these interactive, engaging courses to life. You’ll work directly with the founder, turning structured course materials into short-form, gamified, digital learning experiences.
This is a flexible freelance role starting with one course (AI & Automation), with the opportunity to continue across all six courses launching throughout the rest of 2025.

Tasks You’ll Be Responsible For:

- Build structured lessons and topics inside LearnDash (based on provided scripts/outlines)
- Design interactive activities using H5P (quizzes, image hotspots, drag-and-drop, timelines, etc.)
- Upload and organise videos via Vimeo/YouTube
- Create branching video learning with tools like Interactly or Interactr
- Support lesson content with Komodo Decks (story-driven walkthroughs or checklists)
- Help maintain consistency with our brand (using Canva, content templates, and British English)
- Communicate progress via Nifty (project management tool) and update shared Google Drive folders
- Follow feedback and instructional videos using Komodo Decks or Loom-style walkthroughs

Required Skills & Experience:

- Experience building online courses in LearnDash (or a similar LMS)
- Ability to create interactive lessons using H5P (or fast learner with examples)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to follow lesson frameworks and implement learning journeys
- Familiarity with Canva and Google Workspace Tools
- Confident working independently with clear task instructions
- Use of British English in all text content (you can use Grammarly to help)

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Valued):

- Experience with CPD-accredited or professional training courses
- Understanding of gamification and short-form content delivery
- Familiarity with AI tools used in content development or delivery
- Light video editing or motion graphic experience

Working Hours & Communication:

- Flexible hours — you manage your own schedule
- Some overlap with UK business hours (GMT/BST) preferred for feedback
- All tasks and feedback will be managed via Nifty and shared folders
- You’ll work independently with regular check-ins

Rate & Payment:

- This is a freelance contract — please state your hourly or project rate
- Payments will be made via PayPal or Wise (confirm your preference)
- Future work available if the first course is successful
