Job Summary:
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs within our organization. The primary focus will be on enhancing the skills, knowledge, and abilities of our employees to drive individual and organizational performance.


Job Description:
Training Needs Analysis & Research:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and learning objectives.
- Analyze job descriptions, performance gaps, and industry trends to determine required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Stay updated on current trends and best practices in mineral acquisition training.

Curriculum Development & Instructional Design:
- Develop a comprehensive and engaging training curriculum aligned with learning objectives.
- Create interactive training materials and clear learning objectives for each module.
- Ensure the curriculum covers core subjects and is designed for effective learning.

Training Delivery & Program Evaluation:
- Deliver training content using diverse methods and facilitate a positive learning environment.
- Implement evaluation tools to measure training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
- Continuously update the program based on feedback, industry needs, and new best practices.

Qualifications:
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Learning and Development, including training delivery and instructional design, preferably within start-up environments or organizations.
- Experience in designing and implementing both traditional and digital training solutions.

Communication Skills:
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills

Outstanding Organizational and Time Management Skills:
- Ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
- Ability to manage time properly, multitask, and prioritize daily workload
- Ability to work closely with the recruiting team and provide timely feedback
- Excellent understanding and easy to adapt to recruitment processes and candidates selection methods

Attention to Precision:
- Excellent understanding and easy to adapt to recruitment processes and candidates selection methods
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in MS Excel for data organization and analysis
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Commitment to Professionalism:
- Demonstrate commitment to long-term collaboration and eagerness to embrace change, excelling in performance metrics.

Certifications or Licenses:
- Certificate in training and development is a plus

Must be willing to work during US business hours
