Leads Sourcing & Research Agent

• Need someone that can work 5 days a week. Expected hours would be 10:30pm to 6:30am Philippines time. Outside of the required 40 hours of work a week, you will have the option to work more hours if interested.
• Hourly pay is $2.50 to $3.00
• Work closely with our CRM Owner & Client Outreach Agent
• Agent will source leads from various channels and systems, and skip trace them
• Research the internet, leads, property owners, and additional contact information
• Once this person has become experienced enough in this role, they will have the opportunity for client outreach (e.g., texting, emailing)
• Job requires any candidate to be very organized, have data sourcing/research experience, and have good English communication skills
• Must have reliable internet, MS Office skills, and be able to connect for weekly video calls
