JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong background in IT services sales, particularly in cybersecurity. The SDR will be responsible for cold-calling, booking meetings, lead generation, and data enrichment to prepare for cold calling activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling IT services and cybersecurity solutions and will work closely with another SDR to achieve a weekly quota of at least 5 meetings.

**Experience in selling IT services is a PLUS**
**Experience in selling cybersecurity solutions is a significant advantage**
**Excellent English is required**

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct at least 700 cold calls per week to generate leads and book meetings with potential clients for cybersecurity and compliance offerings.
2. Collaborate with a partner SDR to achieve a minimum quota of 5 booked meetings per week.
3. Perform email personalization with provided templates, guidance, and AI tools to reach a minimum of 10 personalized emails per day
4. Utilize tools such as Upgrade to see actual info and ZoomInfo for lead sourcing and data management.
5. Maintain full availability between 9 AM EST and 8 PM EST, working an 8-hour shift within this timeframe.
6. Use your own Google Voice or an online phone service to reach USA accounts.
7. Participate in sales contests and initiatives to win incentives for the number of meetings booked and opportunities generated.
8. Keep detailed records of interactions with prospects in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position our cybersecurity and compliance solutions.

Requirements:

1. Experience in selling IT services is a plus.
2. Experience in selling cybersecurity solutions is a significant advantage.
3. Strong cold-calling skills with the ability to make a high volume of calls and handle rejection.
4. Proficiency in using lead generation and data enrichment tools such as Upgrade to see actual info and ZoomInfo.
5. Must have your own Google Voice or online phone service for calling USA accounts.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage potential clients.
7. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
8. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently to meet targets and deadlines.
9. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
