Job Description:

Farali Homes, a short-term rental company, is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify and connect with potential landlords interested in offering their properties for corporate leasing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, contacting, and nurturing leads through various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify property owners and landlords willing to lease their properties for corporate rentals.

Utilize online sources like real estate listings, social media, and property management platforms to find leads.

Initiate outreach through emails, calls, and messages to introduce Farali Homes' corporate lease program.

Maintain a database of potential leads and track follow-ups.

Build relationships with landlords and property managers to secure leasing opportunities.

Provide daily or weekly reports on lead generation activities.


Requirements:

Experience in lead generation, real estate outreach, or virtual assistance is preferred.

Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

Ability to research and identify potential leads using online tools.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and target-driven.

Familiarity with CRM tools and spreadsheets for tracking leads is a plus.
