Primary Function:
Ensure every lead is captured, routed, logged, and reported accurately

Core Responsibilities
Monitor all website form submissions (3–4 checks per day)
Monitor CallRail for incoming calls
Forward all leads to assigned clients within 1 hour
Log all leads into tracking spreadsheet (date, source, client)
Respond to client questions regarding leads
Generate monthly lead and performance reports



Requirements
3+ years of experience handling SEO lead tracking or data management
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
Excellent English reading and writing skills
Advanced experience with Google Sheets (formulas, filtering, sorting, validation)
Familiarity with CRM tools
Highly organized, reliable, and consistent with deadlines
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
