Lead Setter & Lead Nurturing Concierge – Remote Role (Luxury Healthcare Experience Preferred)
???? Location: Remote (Work from the Philippines for a UK-based dental practice)
???? Salary: £5.00 - £7.00 per hour + Bonuses (+ long term growth opportunities)
? Hours: Shifts between 8 AM – 8 PM UK Time / 4 PM – 4 AM PH Time

About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Lead Setter & Patient Concierge to join our team. This is not a typical receptionist role. You will be the first point of contact for high-value clients, nurturing them from inquiry to booked appointment by delivering a world-class, luxury service experience.

This role is for someone who understands how to build trust, provide value, and make booking an appointment feel effortless. You will be expected to guide potential patients through their decision-making process with warmth, empathy, and authority—positioning our practice as the only choice for premium dental care.

Key Responsibilities
? Convert warm leads into high-value appointments using strategic follow-ups and personalised communication.
? Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email with a concierge-style approach.
? Build strong relationships by providing free value, expert guidance, and reassurance.
? Use digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp voice notes, video messaging) to stay engaged with leads.
? Maintain a luxury client experience, ensuring every interaction feels effortless and bespoke.
? Work closely with the team to refine lead conversion strategies and implement best practices.

? Fluent in English – confident, persuasive, and warm with a neutral accent.

? Sales-driven – comfortable handling objections, building trust, and guiding patients toward a decision.
? Charismatic communicator – able to connect with people effortlessly and leave a lasting impression.
? Tech-savvy – experienced with CRMs, WhatsApp voice notes, video messaging, and workflow automation.
? Highly adaptable & proactive – ready to take initiative and contribute to business growth.
? Go High Level CRM Experience Preferred – If you are already an expert in Go High Level CRM, that’s a huge plus! If not, we expect you to complete training outside of working hours to get up to speed quickly.

Use open-ended questions to uncover the patient’s true emotional and physical motivations (e.g., "What made you start looking into this treatment?" or "What concerns do you have about your smile that you’d love to change?").
If possible, use your imagination to provide additional value propositions that may not be listed on our website.
Gently encourage them to book a consultation to explore the best options for their needs.
