Lead Research Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a highly detail oriented Virtual Assistant to help our startup team identify and build targeted lists of people online.

Your primary responsibility will be researching profiles and compiling organized spreadsheets containing accurate contact and profile information.

Examples of tasks include:

• Building lists of college students by graduation year and finding the best campus ambassadors
• Researching high converting influencers on Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn
• Finding investors, operators, and professionals in targeted niches
• Collecting names, profile links, company information, email addresses (when publicly available), and other relevant data
• Organizing everything into clean spreadsheets

Requirements:

• Strong internet research skills
• High attention to detail
• Fluent English
• Experience with Google Sheets or Excel
• Ability to follow instructions precisely
• Fast turnaround times

Bonus:

• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Experience with Apollo, Clay, Instantly, or lead generation tools
• Startup or agency experience
