Lead RFP Strategist and Submission Specialist

We are seeking an autonomous and proficient Lead RFP Strategist and Submission Specialist to take charge of our weekly RFP submission process. The role involves meticulously reviewing government websites and RFP search engines to identify top opportunities in agile coaching, training, facilitation, or leadership development. The specialist will evaluate these opportunities and author a report detailing the top 5, culminating in a strategic recommendation for the best RFP to respond to. Post-review, the specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end preparation and submission of the RFP, working independently but with a final review from the team lead prior to submission.
Compensation includes a competitive starting salary with incremental increases for every RFP won, plus bonuses for successful acquisitions.
