Lead Outbound Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join ADSRAD as a Lead Generation Video Creator. Your primary role will be to identify potential customers for our business and create simple lead generation videos using a provided green screen template. This position requires strong research skills and basic video customization, with no advanced editing experience needed—just the ability to add two screenshots to a premade template. This is a remote role with flexible hours, perfect for someone eager to help grow our customer base!

Responsibilities:

-Research and identify potential customers for ADSRAD, based on provided guidelines.
-Compile relevant information about each potential customer to support lead generation efforts.
-Use a pre-designed green screen video template to create lead generation videos.
-Add two screenshots (provided or sourced as directed) into the templated video for each potential customer.
-Ensure videos are correctly formatted and saved for delivery to the team.
-Communicate progress and findings effectively with the ADSRAD team.

Qualifications:

-Strong research skills with the ability to locate and analyze potential customer information.
-Basic computer skills, including familiarity with video software or tools to insert screenshots into a template (e.g., any simple drag-and-drop platform).
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
-Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
-No advanced video editing experience required—but must be able to edit screenshots into a green screen video.
experience in sales, marketing, or customer research is a plus.
-Must be able to upload 1-2 minute videos.
-Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.

Work Hours:
