We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company seeking an experienced Real Estate Lead Qualifier & Appointment Setter to handle inbound and outbound seller leads. Your job is to prequalify motivated sellers, gather key property info, build rapport, and set quality appointments for acquisitions.
This is NOT a cold data-entry job. We are looking for someone with experience talking to U.S. homeowners, real estate sellers, or high-ticket phone salespeople.
Responsibilities:
Call inbound + outbound seller leads promptly.
Prequalify leads based on motivation, condition, timeline, and price.
Enter accurate notes and update our CRM (Podio).
Set and confirm appointments for the acquisitions manager.
Follow scripts and objection handlers (with flexibility to adapt).
Build rapport and create trust with sellers.
Occasionally, make light offers or gauge seller price expectations.
Requirements:
Strong spoken English and confidence on the phone.
Previous experience in real estate acquisitions, lead management, or phone-based sales (preferred).
Ability to follow scripts while also adapting naturally.
Comfortable working U.S. hours (EST or CST overlap required).
Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and clear audio.
Must be coachable, consistent, and results-driven.
