We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generator to join our team on a commission-based arrangement. As a Lead Generator, you will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying potential leads for our products/services. Your primary objective will be to generate high-quality leads that have the potential to convert into valuable clients. This role offers uncapped earning potential, where your success will be directly reflected in your commission earnings.

Our services start at $500-$25K and you will earn 10% off of every lead that is closed.

Prospecting and Outreach: Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking to identify and connect with potential leads.

Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough research on potential leads to ensure they meet the predefined criteria for your target audience. Qualify leads based on their needs, interests, and potential to convert.

Engagement: Initiate meaningful conversations with leads, showcasing a clear understanding of our products/services and how they can benefit the potential client. Maintain a professional and persuasive demeanor throughout interactions.

Effective Communication: Clearly and concisely convey the value proposition of our offerings, addressing any questions or objections the leads may have.

Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, lead status, and relevant details using CRM software. Keep track of follow-ups and nurture leads through the sales funnel.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads, providing them with the necessary information for successful conversions.

Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets. Regularly analyze your performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement strategies to enhance your lead generation efforts.

Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to adjust your approach and messaging accordingly.
