This role is primarily focused on business-to-business (B2B) lead generation and LinkedIn outreach. You will help identify and connect with HR leaders, DEI professionals, people directors and workplace wellbeing decision-makers across UK organisations.
We care deeply about respectful communication, relationship-building and quality over quantity.
We are looking for someone who is organised, detail-orientated and able to communicate professionally in written English.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead Generation & Research
- Research target organisations and decision-makers on LinkedIn
- Build and maintain organised lead tracking spreadsheets
- Verify professional
- Keep records clean, accurate and up to date
- LinkedIn Outreach
- Send personalised LinkedIn connection requests using pre-approved messaging templates
- Send follow-up messages thoughtfully and consistently
- Maintain account safety best practices and outreach limits
- Inbox Monitoring
- Check LinkedIn inbox replies daily
- Flag warm leads and important responses
- Filter spam or irrelevant replies
- Pass high-quality opportunities to the founder for follow-up
Requirements:
- Previous experience with LinkedIn outreach or B2B lead generation
- Strong written English and professional communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel
- Reliable and able to follow structured processes
- Calm, respectful and organised working style
