Lead Generation Team Leader (B2B Research & Prospecting) – Part Time

I am currently building a B2B lead generation business and I am looking for someone with strong experience in lead generation and prospect research who can help organize and lead the operational side of the process.

This role will start part-time (approximately 12 hours per week) and has strong potential to grow as the business grows.

The right person should understand how to research companies and decision makers across many different industries, build organized lead lists, and help create a structured workflow for lead generation.

The main focus at the start will be email-based B2B lead generation, with the possibility of expanding into additional outreach methods later.

Responsibilities

• Research B2B prospects across multiple industries
• Identify the correct companies and decision makers
• Build and organize lead lists
• Maintain lead quality and accuracy
• Help organize systems and processes for lead generation
• Track leads using CRM tools or spreadsheets
• Eventually help guide and train other lead generation workers

Requirements

• Experience with B2B lead generation or prospect research
• Strong research skills and attention to detail
• Good written English for professional communication
• Organized and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Leadership mindset and ownership mentality

Compensation

$150$ per month + 5% commission on all profits ( based on performance)

Approximately 12 hours per week to start, with the opportunity to grow as the business expands. (salary will expand as well)

This is currently an introductory job post while I organize the structure of the lead generation operation.
