Lead Generation Social Media Marketing Assistant

We are a residential real estate builder and investment firm based in Silicon Valley, managing over $300M in assets across California.

We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our lead-generation efforts and enhance our digital marketing strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

What You’ll Do
- Lead Generation: Focus on generating high-quality leads through our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube).
- Social Media Growth: Help manage and grow our social media presence to attract potential investors and buyers.
- Content & Branding: Assist in creating visually appealing marketing materials, including social media posts and promotional content.
- Video & YouTube Marketing: Optimize videos with engaging thumbnails, captions, and strategies to improve performance.
- Marketing Support: Work closely with our Marketing Lead to execute campaigns, manage content, and track results.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in SEO, lead generation, and brand awareness building.
- Social media marketing expertise, with experience in audience growth and engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in Canva (Adobe Suite is a plus).
- Strong eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to marketing.

Job Details:
- Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM PST (includes a 30-minute lunch break)
- Full-Time, Remote Position
- Quarterly Bonus after a 3-month probation period
