Lead Generation [Sales Role] - AI Service Provider

ICTECH is looking for a motivated, professional individual to help us generate qualified leads and schedule appointments with potential clients. This is a sales position [Must have 3+ years of experience in outbound calling] and not purely a customer service position. Sales experience is a MUST. Making 70+ OUTBOUND CALLS A DAY IS REQUIRED.

The ideal person will be comfortable reaching out to local businesses all over the US and Canada, including but not limited to Medical Offices, Contractors, Manufacturers, and other potential clients, to introduce our AI services and schedule Zoom appointments for us.

What You’ll Do:

Identify potential clients and make contact in a professional, low-pressure way.

Gather information about the client’s needs, Schedule qualified appointments, and demo the AI agents so we can provide estimates.

You must track leads, follow-ups, and complete appointment details clearly. Must have excellent English.

What You Will Not Be Responsible For:
Quoting prices, negotiating contracts initially. We will train you later to do so later on.

All pricing, scheduling, contracts, and final sales conversations will be handled directly by us.

Ideal Candidate:

Direct Sales Experience. Professional, friendly, and trustworthy. Comfortable talking to people and making connections. Organized enough to track leads and follow up. MUST MAKE 70+ CALLS PER DAY. Be responsive to replies and can handle rebuttals.

Able to communicate clearly and respectfully.

Self-motivated and able to work independently. Understands the importance of protecting a small business’s reputation

Compensation:
25,000 Pesos Base Pay.
+ 15,000 pesos for each new client [One-time Payment – based on successful leads that result in paid work.]
+ 2,000 Pesos per month, per AI agent [Recurring]

AN EXAMPLE: If in July, we sign on 5 clients from your appointments, you would receive:

Your Regular pay of 25,000 pesos + 75,000 pesos for new clients + 10,000 pesos for recurring AI bonus.

In August, your base would then be 35,000 [25,000 + 10,000 for the AI agents]
