About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation & DM Setter to take ownership of our outreach and lead generation process. This is not a basic VA role. We need someone who can find the right leads, start conversations, follow up consistently, nurture prospects, and help build a better system over time. Your job is to create qualified conversations with mental health practice owners so the founder can step in once the lead is warm and ready for a deeper conversation.
The Main Outcome
Your main goal is simple:
Keep the pipeline full of qualified leads and warm conversations every week. You will be responsible for finding leads, contacting them, following up, tracking everything, and improving the outreach system so it becomes more consistent over time.
What You Will Do:
Research and build targeted lead lists of mental health practice owners
Find leads through LinkedIn,
Send personalized cold DMs and outreach messages
Follow up with leads consistently
Nurture conversations until they are ready for the founder to take over
Track all outreach activity in Google Sheets and/or CRM
Manage the outreach pipeline inside GoHighLevel
Help improve scripts, systems, tracking, and follow-up processes
Keep Trello and internal systems organized
Report daily numbers, wins, issues, and next steps
Suggest improvements when you see something that can work better
What You Will Not Do
You will not close sales
You will not run sales calls
You will not make final offers
You will not be expected to create the entire strategy alone
You will own the outreach and lead generation process. Once a lead is warm and ready, the founder will take over.
Who We Are Looking For
You may be a great fit if you:
Have experience as a DM setter, appointment setter, or lead generation specialist
Have done cold outreach through LinkedIn,
Know how to follow up without sounding pushy
Are consistent and organized
Can work independently without needing constant reminders
Have strong written English
Pay attention to details
Like improving systems and processes
Are comfortable tracking numbers and reporting results
Required Experience
Lead generation experience
DM setting or appointment setting experience
CRM or pipeline experience
Strong written communication
Ability to follow SOPs and improve them over time
Bonus Experience
GoHighLevel experience
Healthcare or agency experience
Experience with mental health, therapy, or private practice businesses
Experience creating SOPs
Experience using AI tools for research and personalization
Success Metrics
You will be measured by:
Number of qualified leads found
Number of outreach messages sent
Response rate
Number of warm conversations created
Number of leads handed off to the founder
Follow-up consistency
CRM and pipeline organization
Quality of daily reporting
