About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our lead generation efforts for medical clinics. You will be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and booking qualified appointments using LinkedIn and cold email outreach. Experience with automation tools like Expandi and Instantly, as well as CRM management via Go High Level, is required.

Responsibilities:
? Manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns using Expandi
? Build and maintain cold email campaigns using Instantly
? Research and identify potential clinic leads in target markets
? Engage with prospects, personalize messaging, and handle follow-ups
? Schedule appointments and ensure smooth handover to sales teams
? Track outreach performance and optimize campaigns for better results
? Keep CRM (Go High Level) updated with lead status and notes

Requirements:
???? Experience in B2B lead generation, ideally in the medical or wellness space
???? Proficiency with Expandi, Instantly, and Go High Level
???? Strong written communication skills (must be fluent in English)
???? Ability to research and segment leads effectively
???? Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
???? Comfortable working with automation and CRM tools

Compensation & Incentives:
???? Base Pay: $700 per month
