About the Role: Lead Generation & Growth Virtual Assistant

We are hiring a strategic, high-performing Virtual Assistant who will play a key role in helping us scale Paradise Gym to $1M+ annual revenue by generating consistent, qualified leads through ---------- , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and GoHighLevel CRM.

You will help us connect with corporate partners and local professionals who align with our exclusive hybrid training model ($249/month private + online access).
Your mission is to build a predictable system of outreach, engagement, and growth.

This is not a repetitive VA role — this is a career opportunity within a fast-scaling, performance-driven brand.

Position Details

Reports To: Founder & CEO (Chris Magpantay)
Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)
Hours: 20–40 hours/week
Compensation: $5–$8/hour DOE + bonuses + long-term career growth

Core Responsibilities
1. Lead Research & Targeting

Identify companies (250–2,000 employees) in the Bay Area using ---------- and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Target HR Managers, Wellness Directors, Founders, and Executives in tech, healthcare, legal, finance, and professional services.

Build accurate lead lists with verified contact data (emails, LinkedIn URLs, phone numbers).

Research each company’s culture, values, and wellness initiatives to personalize outreach.

2. Outreach & Engagement

Write authentic, high-converting messages that reflect Paradise’s tone: confident, professional, and value-driven.

Set up and manage email sequences using Apollo or GoHighLevel.

Follow up persistently and strategically to convert leads into booked consultations or tours.

Nurture relationships to establish trust with decision-makers and key contacts.

3. CRM & Pipeline Management

Keep Pipedrive or GoHighLevel fully updated and organized at all times.

Manage every stage of the sales process — from first contact to booked call.

Tag and document leads properly for future follow-up and automation.

Generate weekly reports on lead flow, conversion rates, and overall pipeline performance.

4. Campaign Optimization

Analyze which filters, messages, and channels bring the best results.

Collaborate with the marketing team to improve scripts, ad funnels, and messaging.

Continuously refine workflows for higher conversions and efficiency.

5. Admin & Operational Support

Assist in client onboarding for new signups via Trainerize and GymMaster.

Support with backend systems, reporting, and internal coordination.

Help maintain clear documentation, SOPs, and Trello task boards for future VAs.
