We are seeking a dynamic Lead Generation Coordinator to drive and manage lead generation efforts for our real estate team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about identifying and capturing new leads, nurturing relationships, and supporting the sales team in growing the business. Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads through multiple channels including online platforms, social media, referrals, and partnerships.
- Screen and qualify inbound leads, ensuring they meet the target criteria for conversion.
Database Management: Input and manage all lead data in the CRM system, ensuring records are up-to-date and accurate.

-Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with sales agents to ensure timely follow-up on new leads and smooth handover for closing.
-Measure the effectiveness of lead generation efforts, track KPIs such as conversion rates, and provide regular performance reports to leadership.
-Ensure proper lead tracking within the CRM, segment leads effectively, and maintain clean data.
-Assist with organizing and promoting events (open houses, webinars, etc.) that generate new leads and increase brand visibility.
Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing, preferably in real estate or a related field.
-Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools (e.g., Zillow,
-Strong understanding of online marketing tactics, social media platforms, and real estate industry trends.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for engaging potential clients.
-Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
-Ability to collaborate effectively with a team to achieve sales goals.
