Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Lead Generation & Business Development Representative to support our growth in the construction industry. This role is responsible for identifying potential clients, researching target markets, building prospect databases, and generating qualified sales opportunities for the Business Development team.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable conducting online research, prospecting, and engaging with potential clients. Experience in the construction industry and working with U.S.-based construction companies is required.

Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify potential clients.
• Build and maintain accurate prospect lists, including company and decision-maker information.
• Generate qualified leads through online research, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other prospecting methods.
• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
• Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and customer information in the CRM.
• Assist with market research, bid opportunities, and business development initiatives.
• Provide regular updates on lead generation efforts, pipeline activity, and sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support company growth and sales objectives.

Qualifications

Required
• Experience in lead generation, sales development, business development, market research, or a related role.
• Experience in the construction, facilities management, commercial contracting, or related industries.
• Experience supporting business development initiatives for U.S.-based companies.
• Familiarity with U.S. construction markets, terminology, and business practices.
• Strong research and prospecting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar sales tools.
