We’re looking for a self-motivated, outbound sales professional to help us expand our B2B presence after two decades of working exclusively with government clients. If you're someone who can generate your own leads, own the full sales cycle, and close deals confidently — keep reading.

What you’ll be doing in this role:
• Proactively research, identify, and generate outbound B2B leads
• Perform cold calls to engage prospects and introduce our solutions
• Use Zoho CRM to track all leads, activities, and pipeline movement
• Leverage our product materials and training videos to guide your pitch
• Run the full sales cycle — from first contact to close
• Set appointments for our technical manager when in-person meetings are needed (NM area)
• Conduct discovery calls to qualify needs and tailor solutions
• Keep detailed, accurate records of outreach and communication
• Consistently hit or exceed sales goals and KPIs
• Provide ongoing feedback on market trends and prospect pain points

You’re probably a match if you have:
• 1+ years of outbound sales experience (2+ years preferred), especially in B2B
• A proven ability to self-source leads and close deals independently
• Cold calling confidence and objection-handling skills
• Solid CRM experience — Zoho CRM is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken English; clear, professional communication is a must
• A self-starting mindset and the drive to work independently
• Remote work experience and comfort operating in PST/CST time zones
