JOB OVERVIEW

Our process is essentially about gathering leads as wisely and leanly as possible, and then using research to seriously deepen your understanding of - and empathy for - the buyer’s aspirations. You’ll be helped by our process, systems, SOP’s and scripts. This is not a collection of easy, smash-and-dash mindless tasks. Be diligent, thorough and helpful, and always be super-polite, even in the face of client impatience or indifferences. Pull off this paragraph and you’re at least half way there!
Key Responsibilities

- Scraping leads from a variety of sources (Apollo, Sales Nav, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook).
- Manually qualify each lead based on our set qualifications.
- Clean up mass-imported leads to ensure quality with our software and processes.
- Maintain and update a tracking sheet for leads.
- Keep our lead pipeline consistently full.
- Hit your daily quota to have good key performance indicators.

- Individuals lacking initiative or depending heavily on leadership for problem-solving.
- Slow unresponsive individuals and poor communicators.
- Individuals unwilling to immerse in continuous learning or contribute to a collaborative team.
