Lead Generation Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and disciplined Assistant to support our lead generation efforts. Your primary task will be to research and collect high-quality leads from predefined industries in Germany. This includes scraping relevant businesses, identifying key contacts, and gathering email addresses.

Responsibilities:
• Research and scrape businesses from predefined industries in Germany
• Compile structured lead lists (company name, website, contact person, email, etc.)
• Visit company websites to find direct email addresses and key decision-makers
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of collected leads
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date lead database
• Attend ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings in English for updates and training

Requirements:
• Male applicants only
• Experience with web scraping, lead generation, or data research
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and think proactively
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to improve
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for data entry
• Fluent English (for ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings)
• Dual-monitor setup is ideal for efficient workflow

Compensation:
• Fixed monthly salary of $500
• $50 commission for every closed deal that originates from your leads
