The Mission:
As our Appointment Setter, you will be the voice and first impression of our company. Your main goal is to connect with potential clients (schools, partners, or parents), spark their interest in our innovative educational programs, and schedule high-value meetings for our executive team.

Unwavering Reliability: You show up on time, manage your daily outreach targets without being micromanaged, and take true ownership of your schedule.
Excellent English Communication: You have a clear, professional, and friendly American-neutral accent with great written English skills. You know how to build quick rapport over the phone or via email.
The "Go-Getter" Attitude: You aren't afraid of rejection. You see every "No" as just one step closer to a "Yes," and you bring high energy to every single conversation.
Proactive & Organized: You know how to manage a calendar, follow up diligently with hot leads, and keep our CRM system perfectly updated.
Previous Experience: Prior experience in outbound calling, cold emailing, telemarketing, or BPO sales is a major plus!

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound outreach via cold/warm calling, emails, and social media messaging to generate interest.
Prequalify leads to ensure they match our ideal client profile.
Coordinate, manage, and book appointments directly into our leadership team's calendar.
Provide clear daily reports on outreach numbers and scheduled meetings.
